Need to send us some files?

Please ZIP all files before sending. This consolidates multiple files into a single zipped file, reducing the file size and helping to prevent file corruption.

• Windows — select (highlight) all files you wish to send. From the "File" menu chose "Send To >> Compressed (zipped) Folder. This will create a single .zip file.
• Mac OS X — If you're familiar with Stuffit, you can use it to create a compressed .sitx file. If not, just go to the finder and select (highlight) all files you wish to send. From the "File" menu chose "Create Archive..." (OS 10.4) or "Compress..." (OS 10.5) This will create a single .zip file.

To Send large files via FTP
Before uploading, please rename your files so that they will be easy for us to recognize.

Windows
• Open Windows Explorer by choosing My Computer from the START menu.
• In the Address field near the top of the screen, enter ftp.ltdcreative.com
• When prompted, enter the username and password. If you don't have this information, please contact us.
• Once logged on, simply drag or paste your files into the window to upload them to our FTP server.
• Please notify your LTD contact once your upload is complete.

Mac OS X
• Use an FTP client such as Fetch to access our server.
• Enter ftp.ltdcreative.com in the address field, and then your username and password. If you don't have one, please contact us.
• Drag your files into the FTP client window to upload them to our FTP server.
• Please notify your LTD contact once your upload is complete.
